Shipping policy

Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

The cost of shipping within the UK is included within the product price and includes shipping the water testing kit to you and the returning the water sample back to our lab.

Carrier
For UK shipping we use Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service. 

In Store pick-up & drop-off
We are not able to accept in-person samples delivered directly to our lab.

International Shipping
Please contact us by email hello@thewaterprofessor.com for all enquiries relating to international orders.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Water Professor and Artemis Analytical are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@thewaterprofessor.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
